Entry Fees for Nationals

Optional competition is just what it means, optional.  You can participate if you so desire, optional will not affect your crowning competition scores. There is a fee of $100.00 to enter. There will be a winner in each division. Cash, and award will be awarded per each age division per each optional. The cash award is based on the number of contestants that sign up per each optional.

• Talent - $100.00 (you have ONLY 2 minutes to perform your talent)
• Spokes model/Personal Expression - $100.00 (You have ONLY 2 minutes to talk about your community service, goals, desire, give background on yourself)
• Fashion model - $100.00 – You will work the stage and show your best modeling moves in a favorite outfit.
• Miss/Ms. Photogenic - $100.00 – You will submit two pictures of your choice.
• Community Service - $100.00 Submit a photo album of your community service.

Most of our state queens will come to us, never having participated in a pageant before. With that in mind we are going to offer training at the national pageant. Please feel free to hire and or work with a pageant coach from your state.

Because this is our first year, we are going to recruit in every state. We will review our position concerning the selection process state by state.

You will compete in the age division that you will be on September 1, 2025.

You will represent the state that you currently live, work, or go to school in.

We welcome cross crowning. For example, let’s say you are 35 years old and married. You can compete for two titles. Ms. USA Woman will be crowned first. Let’s say you don’t win Ms. USA Woman you can move your scores over to Mrs. USA Woman. Which gives you an opportunity to win again.

The fee to participate in “Cross Crowning” is $100.00.

Our first annual national pageant will be held in Atlanta, Georgia. We ask that ALL state queens arrive by 11 AM. The pageant starts at 12Noon. The crowning will be held on Saturday. Pictures, contract signing will be held after the crowning on Saturday.  We should be done by 5:00 PM.

2025 National pageant entry fee is $300.00 (Once $100.00 is received your state crown and sash will be ordered)

All state queens will receive the following:

• The official Ms. USA Woman state crown
• The official Ms. USA Woman embroidered sash.

(Your crown & sash will be ordered and mailed once $300.00 of your entry fee is paid)

• A rhinestone crown pin for your sash
• A copy of pageantry magazine.
• The official Ms. USA Woman T-shirt.
• One copy of the official Ms. USA Woman souvenir program.
• One full page ad in the souvenir program.
• Registration and Orientation welcome gift bags.
• Pageant training, walking, turns, interviewing and speaking skills. (worth $2,000.00)

The prize package will be announced when it is completed. Our royalty will receive cash on stage the day that she is crowned. She will be blessed with the opportunity to be able to travel, receive cash and gifts throughout her reign. She will gain media exposure. And career opportunities.
